Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to support and lead various human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and align with the organizations strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Monitor and support performance management processes including appraisals and feedback.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Conduct employee orientation, engagement activities, and training programs.
Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures when necessary.
Support HR audits and reporting.
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
35 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
