The Role We currently have openings for a Senior Solutions Engineer. In this position you will oversee technical aspects of proposals and Statements of Work and lead discussions with customers. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.
Your Impact • Work with the technical and sales teams and customers to work through the scope and design of the solution and manage any risks and issues. • Oversee other Solutions Engineers and approve designs, scope, approaches, etc. • Provide technical sales support on state-of-the-art power systems applications for real-time control systems. • Represent OSI in a superior manner with an excellent attitude. • Manage assigned customers with care, concern and diligence. • Be decisive and innovative when resolving customer issues.
What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in technical field. • 3+ years of business and technical sales support experience in SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS systems. • Ability to travel. Preferred • Experience supervising and overseeing a team. • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. • 5+ years of business and technical sales support experience in SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS systems.
