Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fCoordination with Client, their representative and all authorities.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo ensure shop drawings are prepared as per approved IFC drawings.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAll required materials submittals to be prepared and submitted as per schedule for approval
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPrepare and submit Project Implementation plan
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo ensure the works are completed in time with Safety, Quality and as per Standard specs.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo send requests for materials from Client and Internally and ensure material availability for the works.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo ensure WIR is raised for each activity and is inspected and approved by Consultant/Client.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fObtaining NOCs from authorities.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSupervision of assigned staff.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSupervision of Sub-Contractor\'s activities at working sites.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAttending all meetings representing the Company
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo ensure the works are completed in time with Safety, Quality and as per Standard specs.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo ensure sufficient Sub-Contractors and materials are available to complete the job.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo send requests for materials from Client and Internally.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fTo ensure Invoices are submitted in time.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fReporting to higher management.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fScheduling of job.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAuthorizing materials for release to Sub-Contractors.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fRe-conciliation of materials issued to Sub-Contractors.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fCertifying Sub-Contractor work done.

Specifications:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreferred Age: 35
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMinimum Qualifications: Civil Engineer/ B.E. or B.TECH
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fYears of Experience: 7 Years

Desired Skills:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have worked in works Related to Etisalat/du OSP works in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be able to read and interpret Utility Drawings and NOC Conditions.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould liaise with all the authorities.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have experience in Telecom Infrastructure Projects.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould be well versed in MS Office
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fACAD & Primavera Knowledge an added advantage.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fU.A.E Driving License Mandatory.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSpoken Arabic an added advantage.
