What are we asking you to have?

Hard Skills

A background studies in Computer Science or similar
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Php and Laravel frameworks or similar web development stack
A strong hands-on experience in Solid and software engineering best practices
Hands-on experience in writing efficient and useful unit tests with PhpUnit framework
Experience using Mysql
Experience with Redis cache system and how to make cache more efficient in its use
Experience in building Rest Apis
Proficient in Linux command-line
High understanding of monolithic modular platforms
Knowing or having worked in the e-commerce, retail digital space is a BIG PLUS
Having worked with Jira and Notion is a plus
Knowledge or having work in an Agile environment with Scrum or Kanban practices is a plus

Soft Skills

Great communication skills both written and verbal
Team player
Attention to detail
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Seek the highest quality and aim to build a “bugs-free software” (would be surprised if any human can do that )
