Senior Site Engineer
Job Description
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress against timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site.
Interpret design drawings and resolve technical issues on-site.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Review, negotiate, and manage construction contracts and subcontracts.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, scope, and changes.
Resolve claims and disputes while protecting the company's interests.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.
Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
Communicate progress and issues to senior management.
Track inventory, delivery schedules, and usage on site.
Coordinate logistics and material flow to avoid delays.
QUALIFICATION
B. Tech (civil) or BE (Civil)
Minimum 4 years of experience (Home country exp can also be considered)
