The Role

As our

Senior

Civil Site Engineer - Civil

will take full ownership of site operations across residential villa and interior fit-out projects. You'll oversee the execution of all civil and finishing works, ensuring the highest standards of qualit, youy, safety, and efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented engineer with hands-on experience in luxury finishes, strong site management capabilities, and the ability to lead diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

Site Management & Execution

Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth progress and timely completion. Monitor daily progress, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Ensure the delivery of

high-end finishes

, including marble, joinery, paint, and other luxury detailing works. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and project-specific standards.

Technical Oversight

Review technical drawings and highlight discrepancies or required modifications. Provide on-site solutions for civil and finishing-related challenges. Ensure integration and coordination with MEP and interior fit-out teams.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material tracking logs. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients on progress, challenges, and timelines. Support project planning and assist in forecasting manpower and material needs.

What You Need

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

(mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience

in residential villa projects and interior fit-out works within the UAE. Proven experience with

luxury and high-end finishes

.

SOE (Society of Engineers) registration

is mandatory.

Dubai Municipality (DM) approval

preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of finishing materials, detailing, and quality control. Project management software knowledge: MS Projects, Primavera Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Sound knowledge of UAE construction standards and local authority procedures. A valid

UAE Driving License

is required.
