, with the ability to manage day-to-day Site Operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out and civil works. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project execution. Perform quality checks, take accurate measurements, and ensure adherence to project specifications. Monitor work progress, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Resolve site issues and maintain smooth communication between office and site teams. Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field.Minimum
2+ year of experience
ininterior fit-out, joinery, and site supervision
within the UAE.Strong knowledge of quality measurement and finishing standards.
UAE valid driving license
andcar
are mandatory.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience working in luxury villas and high-end interior projects.
Knowledge of UAE building regulations and fit-out standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
