ob Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Fit-Out Engineer

to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of interior works (including MEP coordination), managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality projects. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical submittals. Prepare work schedules, method statements, and detailed execution plans. Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents. Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, quality control, and materials procurement. Resolve site-related technical issues and proactively manage risks. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE policies. Manage project documentation, including RFI logs, material submittals, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Attend site meetings and provide technical support during client/consultant inspections. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

7+ years

of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in high-end or large-scale developments. Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, MEP coordination, and materials. Excellent project management and site coordination skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
