Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to monitor progress and resolve site issues.
Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings using
AutoCAD

Revit
, and project schedules with

.
Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and quality requirements.
Manage documentation, reports, and correspondence using
MS Office
.
Support authority submissions and liaise with relevant UAE entities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
4-7 years of UAE experience
in site architecture or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, and MS Office
.
Knowledge of
UAE regulations
, including
Tarkhees
,
Dubai Municipality
, and
Civil Defence
procedures (added advantage).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in Jumeirah.
Preferred Skills
Experience with luxury residential or commercial projects.
Familiarity with authority submissions and approval processes.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
