We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. With a deep understanding of architectural design, site management, and construction processes, the Senior Site Architect will ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. This role requires a blend of creative vision and practical application, as the Senior Site Architect will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring innovative designs to life while adhering to local regulations and codes.
Responsibilities: * Lead the architectural design process, ensuring that all designs meet the client's requirements and comply with local building codes.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project timelines and budgets.
• Create and present architectural drawings, models, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and site staff throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential design issues and develop innovative solutions to address them.
• Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and project outcomes.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in an architectural or engineering consultancy.

• Delivery of large villa community projects in Dubai.
• Over 12 years of post graduate experience and 5 years in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, Dubai building codes, and construction practices.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred.
• . Fluency in English, with knowledge of Arabic being a plus.
