Senior Site Architect

We are excited to announce that DEC Dynamic Studio LLC is expanding its team and currently hiring for the role of Senior Site Architect. We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional based in the UAE, with strong site supervision expertise and proven experience in managing construction works in line with regulatory and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee architectural aspects of ongoing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards, and local regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to architectural standards. Mentor and guide junior architects and site staff. Assist in preparing project schedules, reports, and documentation. Ensure timely resolution of design-related site issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in architectural projects. Minimum 7 years of overall experience working in the UAE construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

Experience in villa/residential projects is a plus. Proven track record of managing complex architectural projects in the UAE.
