About the Role
As a Senior Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of all Security staff and contracted security staff in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security systems to identify and address suspicious activities.
• Work closely with other hotel departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Act promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents, taking appropriate actions to maintain order and safety.
• Manage access control measures, verifying the identity of individuals entering restricted areas.

About You

• A valid SIRA certification or license.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a 5-star / international hotel.
• Good communication skills, fluent in oral and written English language (and Local Language)
• Critical thinking skills, must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
