Scope of Responsibilities
Provide secretarial assistance and coordinate with office support requirements in answering enquiries, organizing travel arrangements, meetings, drafting business correspondences and other ad-hoc administration duties. May also exercise considerable judgment and discretion at routine tasks.
Primary Duties
\xef\x81\x93 Assist in organizing schedule for meetings and maintain allotments for the conference room. Coordinate arrangements for refreshments. Record minutes of the meetings and keep a clear record of the activities \xef\x81\x93 Organize travel arrangements and correspondences for those attending interviews. Reschedule existing appointments as appropriate \xef\x81\x93 Answer all enquiries and incoming routine mails. In accordance with the instructions, direct mails to relevant disciplines. \xef\x81\x93 Prepare PowerPoint presentation and compile reports. Perform a variety of information gathering and administrative assistance assignments like updating CV insertions, etc. Acts as a the Custodian of documents pertaining to reimbursable expenses, manpower mobilizations details etc. \xef\x81\x93 Type, issue , distributes and file faxes ,letters ,reports ,emails internally. Follow jointly in tracking man power mobilization charts . \xef\x81\x93 Perform related duties as and when directed by Direct Supervisor.
Minimum Requirement
A recent graduate holding a High School diploma or an equivalent qualification, with a maximum of three years of relevant experience.
