Job Description

Job Purpose: - To provide secretarial and administrative support to Area Manager Morocco. - To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Management office by being proactive, prioritising and organising the work in hand. - To respond on behalf of Area Manager to various issues/requests in relation to Head Office, Staff and External Customers. - Maintain diary for Area Manager and arrange appointments as necessary. - Type letters, memos, reports, send E-mails and SITAs as required by Area Manager and respond on behalf of the Area Manager to straightforward correspondence. - Maintain an up to date record of annual leave for all areas. - Screen incoming telephone calls and, where appropriate, deal with queries within established guidelines or refer callers to appropriate personnel or section to provide effective customer service. - Act as receptionist for visitors and establish nature and priority of business requiring the personal attention of Area Manager. - Ensure all approved commercial upgrades, reservations, ticketing and discretionary baggage allowances are handled in a timely manner, and supportive documentation is recorded and filed.
Qualifications & Experience: Qualifications - A good standard of general education up to 'O' level standard equivalent. - A recognised secretarial qualification (Shorthand/Typing). - Proven secretarial and administrative experience. - A good working knowledge of a Computerised Reservation System. - Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Candidate should have the right to work & live in Morocco
