Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily reception/front desk operations
Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
Supervise and support junior receptionists (if applicable)
Manage bookings, scheduling, and client inquiries efficiently
Answer and direct phone calls promptly
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and inviting
Assist with administrative tasks and support management as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Senior Receptionist
or in a similar leadership/front desk role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of booking systems is a plus)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Salon or beauty industry experience is preferred
