Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

- Schedule and manage appointments using the Fresha booking system.

- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding services, availability, and pricing.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.

- Assist in retail sales of salon products and upsell services where appropriate.

- Coordinate with salon staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

- Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.

- Handle any client concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and ordering supplies.

- Keep track of daily salon activities and prepare end-of-day reports.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a salon receptionist or in a similar customer service role.

- Strong background and proficiency in using Fresha.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
