We are le chic ladies salon looking for an experienced Salon Receptionist/ to help with front desk duties including answering calls, booking appointments, dealing with complaints and greeting customers. The role will also involve assisting with stock, assisting technicians with any issues and co-ordinating the diary accordingly.

Salary Dependent on experience

We are a new salon in sobha hartland . We require a competent Receptionist/ co-ordinator whohas previous experience in a similar role.

Main responsibilities:

- Excellent Communicator

- Highly skilled with great customer service, ladies Salon Dubai experience essential

- Problem solver and the ability to deal with complaints and issues

- Ability to multitask between the salon floor and reception desk

- Assist and co-ordinate staff

- Experience with Fresha system

- Experience in admin and computer skills

- Dealing with stock take and replenishing products

- Assisting the owner with general admin

- Excellent English
