We are looking for an experienced and ambitious

Off-Plan Real Estate Agent

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of

2 years' proven experience in off-plan property sales

, with strong closing skills, mortgage knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell

off-plan properties

in Dubai. Manage client inquiries, conduct meetings, and present property options. Provide clients with guidance on

payment plans and mortgage options

. Generate and follow up on leads through company systems and networking. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of clients and transactions.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of proven experience

in

off-plan property sales

. Strong knowledge of

mortgage processes

and financing options. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred). Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
