Together We Will:
Convert high-intent leads into long-term clients through a structured and strategic sales process;
Finesse our sales approach by testing new ideas and staying ahead of market trends;
Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline that drives consistent revenue growth.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience
in closing B2B deals with a proven track record of converting leads into contracts;
Excellent
verbal and written English
communication
(Arabic not required)

Experience managing and segmenting lead pipelines in
CRM systems (HubSpot)

Experience working with both warm and cold lead databases;
Based in Dubai
or UAE, with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Dubai;
Strong motivation to meet or exceed KPIs and a genuine passion for sales;
Proactive and independent approach to work, with flexibility and a personalized touch when dealing with leads;
Strategic thinker who brings fresh ideas, suggests new approaches, and stays current with industry trends to drive sales performance.
Would be a plus:
A driver's license.
