Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management
Lead and motivate the showroom sales team (age group 28-40) to meet individual and collective sales targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
Customer Engagement
Ensure outstanding customer service by overseeing the showroom experience.
Support the team with customer greetings, product demonstrations, and in-depth consultations.
Showroom Operations
Maintain a visually appealing, well-organized, and fully stocked showroom.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
Optimize showroom layout and displays to maximize customer engagement.
Sales Performance
Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
Project Sales Management
Identify and pursue project sales opportunities with contractors, developers, and consultants.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project delivery.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and specifications.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales metrics and showroom performance.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to enhance operations and sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years
of experience in a senior sales or showroom management role within the sanitary ware/building materials industry.
Age:
28-40 years
Strong knowledge of sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, tiles, and related building materials.
Demonstrated success in team leadership and target achievement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Tech-savvy: MS Office, CRM tools, and showroom software proficiency.
UAE Driving License required
Willingness to travel:
up to 50%
