B2B Sales Executive (Global Markets | SaaS / Fintech)



Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated

B2B Sales Executive

to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities across

global markets

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling

SaaS, fintech, regtech, compliance, or technology-driven solutions

to mid-market and enterprise clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of

consultative selling

, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering value-based solutions to business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and prospect potential clients through

outbound outreach, networking, and market research

Manage the

entire sales cycle

from lead generation to deal closure Understand customer pain points and propose tailored solutions aligned with business needs Conduct

product demos

and deliver compelling, value-driven sales presentations Build and maintain strong relationships with

key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaborate closely with

marketing, product, and technical teams

to ensure smooth onboarding and client success Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in

CRM tools

Consistently achieve or exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay informed on industry trends related to

KYC, AML, identity verification, risk management, and digital onboarding

Represent the company professionally in all client communications and meetings

Requirements



Proven experience in

B2B sales

, preferably within

SaaS, fintech, regtech, KYC/AML, or compliance solutions

Strong

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to understand technical products and translate features into

clear business value

Experience selling to

mid-market or enterprise clients

is a plus Ability to work independently and manage a

high-volume sales pipeline

Solid understanding of

global markets

and international business development strategies Hands-on experience with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Comfortable working in

fast-paced, performance-driven environments


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)



Knowledge of

KYC, AML, identity verification, fraud prevention, or regtech ecosystems

Experience working with

cross-functional teams

(product, compliance, engineering)

Multilingual abilities
