Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving Radom's commercial growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities in the crypto, iGaming, and fintech industries. You'll lead the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing deals -- while working closely with our marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key verticals Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to client requirements Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales lifecycle Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to ensure client success
