We are looking for a
highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager
to join our regional team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in
high-voltage cable accessories
, and experience in the
energy, power transmission, or utility sectors
.
The successful candidate will manage
key accounts across Oman and the broader GCC
, drive business development efforts, and lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure. A solid technical understanding of
high-voltage systems
, client relationship management, and knowledge of
regional utility procurement standards
are essential.
Your main tasks
-------------------
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in
Oman and the Gulf region
Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients including
utilities, EPC contractors, and government entities
Identify, prequalify, and pursue new business opportunities in the
industrial and utility sectors
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver customized, value-driven solutions
Lead the preparation of proposals, technical documentation, and bid submissions
Stay updated on
market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities
in the high-voltage energy sector
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and strategic meetings across the GCC
Your ideal background
-------------------------
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering
or a related field (
Master's degree is a plus
)
5-8 years of experience in
sales or business development
within the
high-voltage/power transmission
sector
In-depth knowledge of
HV/MV equipment
(e.g., transformers, switchgear, substations, cable accessories)
Demonstrated success in managing
large regional accounts
and closing high-value contracts
Strong network and understanding of
Omani and GCC energy markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
Willingness to
travel frequently across the Gulf region
