Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sr.

Sales Representative

to join our growing team. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients, providing product information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth client onboarding and follow-ups. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in-person Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand client needs and communicate relevant financial solutions

Sales & Business Development

Present and promote financial services/products to potential clients Assist in identifying new business opportunities and follow up on leads Support in achieving sales targets and team goals

Coordination & Documentation

Schedule client meetings and prepare necessary materials Assist in client onboarding and ensure all documentation is completed accurately Maintain and update client records in CRM/database systems

Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the Wealth Management and Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery Support the Director or Senior Advisors with client-related tasks as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 2- 5 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or financial services (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
