Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in car wash services and automotive knowledge to drive sales, establish new business opportunities, and maintain lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address the needs of car owners. (Must have driving license in UAE)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relations:

Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base for car wash services. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, understanding their needs and recommending the right car wash packages. Provide expert knowledge to clients about car wash products, services, and the importance of regular vehicle maintenance. Ensure customers receive excellent service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

Utilize automotive knowledge to educate customers about the impact of various car care services on the longevity and appearance of their vehicles. Stay up-to-date with the latest car care products, car wash techniques, and industry trends. Provide tailored solutions for customers with different vehicle types and conditions (e.g., luxury cars, SUVs, etc.).

Sales Performance & Reporting:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare sales reports and analysis for management on performance and market trends.

Team Leadership & Training:

Assist in training new sales representatives, sharing your expertise about the car wash industry and products. Lead by example in sales tactics, customer engagement, and teamwork.

Marketing & Promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, advertisements, and campaigns to attract new customers. Help drive loyalty programs, upselling packages, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

Experience:

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, car wash, or related industry. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and car care products.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and customer needs effectively. Proficient in CRM software, sales tracking, and reporting tools.

Personal Attributes:

Passion for cars and automotive care. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Relevant certifications or training in automotive or sales is an advantage.
