MRes Podcast | Dubai (Hybrid / Field-Based)

This is not a typical sales job.

And we're not looking for a typical salesperson. Emirates Podcast is building more than a studio.

Has real sales experience (not theory, not call-centre sales) Understands premium services and high-ticket conversations Can sell vision, impact, and outcomes, not just prices
Is confident speaking to:

Founders Business owners Investors CMOs & decision-makers
Wants to build something meaningful, not just hit monthly targets

What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Sales & Revenue Growth

Selling podcast packages, studio services, branded shows, sponsorships, and partnerships

Closing high-value, long-term deals, not one-off transactions

Managing the full sales cycle:

Lead qualification Discovery conversations Proposal pitching Closing & onboarding
2?. Relationship & Partnership Building

Building strategic relationships with:

Founders & entrepreneurs Brands & agencies Communities & ecosystem players
Turning conversations into repeat clients & retainers

Acting as a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson

3?. Brand Representation

Representing MRes Podcast with confidence, clarity, and professionalism

Understanding our tone, positioning, and long-term vision

Aligning sales conversations with Dil Khan's style:

? honest, confident, value-driven, no fluff

Experience We Expect
Must-Have

4-7+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)

Experience selling:

Media Marketing Creative services High-ticket services
Strong closing ability (you can prove it)

Comfortable with face-to-face meetings, calls, and events

Big Plus
Experience in Dubai / UAE market

Existing network in:

Startups Real estate Tech Agencies Founder communities
Background in partnerships or consultative sales

Compensation Structure (Transparent & Motivating)
Basic Salary

AED 5,000 - 7,000 per month (depending on experience)

Commission & Incentives
10%-20% commission per closed deal (uncapped)

Higher commissions on:

Retainers Sponsorships Long-term packages
Performance bonuses for:

Monthly targets Quarterly growth Strategic partnerships
Top performers can realistically earn AED 20,000-35,000+ per month.
