Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell personal loan and credit card products to individual customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining Islamic banking values.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
1 year of sales experience in retail banking
(either in UAE or in home country).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
Knowledge of Islamic finance products is a plus.
Compensation
Fixed Salary:
AED 5,000/month
