Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the shipping/logistics sector
Strong understanding of Feeder, NVOCC
Visit customers regularly to build and maintain strong business relationships. Drive business development initiatives to achieve company targets. Monitor and enhance customer service performance and satisfaction. Oversee and review tenders, contracts, and business performance reports. Prepare and present monthly performance and progress reports to management Monitor and review tenders, contracts, and business performance. Prepare and present monthly performance reviews and business reports to management. * Coordinate and monitor overseas loadings from various ports of loading.
