Job Description
We are looking for an
Arabic-speaking Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our dynamiccar wash company in Abu Dhabi
. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales, marketing, and client relationship management, with a proven record of driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and expanding the company's presence in the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients, including
malls, residential communities, fleet companies, and corporate offices
. Develop and maintainlong-term relationships
with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Prepare and presentproposals, quotations, and service agreements
for prospective clients. Conductmarket research
to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Plan and executemarketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
to increase service awareness. Collaborate with theoperations and management teams
to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Meet and exceedmonthly sales and revenue targets
. Represent the company inmeetings, exhibitions, and networking events
to enhance market visibility.Requirements:
Arabic-speaking candidate
(mandatory) with strong proficiency in English.Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in sales and marketing, preferably withincar wash, automotive services, or facility management
industries. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation
skills. Proven ability todevelop strategies and close deals
independently.UAE driving license
is an advantage.Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
