We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Leisure to join our team in the biggest Rixos resort. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations in this thriving tourist destination.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the leisure industry
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market (CIS market)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
Advanced financial analysis and budgeting skills
In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including current trends and market dynamics
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
Sales management certifications are preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
