Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales division. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and developing effective sales strategies across off-plan and secondary property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor daily performance Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan and secondary markets Improve conversion ratios and overall team performance Coach, mentor, and train sales team members Work closely with marketing to maximize lead conversion Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors Ensure compliance with RERA and internal company policies Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies

Requirements



Proven leadership experience in UAE real estate sales Strong track record in team management and achieving sales targets Deep understanding of UAE real estate market and regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
