The Role
Job Purpose: To oversee the operation of overall store management and enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage resources effectively in addition to managing sales activities in various product and service in the domain of Marine sector. Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Existing dealer business development and build profitable sales of company\'s products and services to new customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting with retail outlet, wholesaler, and boat builder management \xe2\x80\xa2 Product availability on retail outlets \xe2\x80\xa2 Revenue enhancement for category in each Company Store \xe2\x80\xa2 Product Knowledge enhancement of Company retail staffs \xe2\x80\xa2 Product knowledge enhancement of retailers, wholesalers, and boat builders \xe2\x80\xa2 Stock clearance proposal for non-moving items \xe2\x80\xa2 Increase more channel partners (retail, wholesale & boat builders) \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous coordination with Marketing department as per requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing relationship and product knowledge with engineering department, production department and purchase department of boat builders \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain product display hygiene in Company and other retail outlets as per guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular inputs for Marketing opportunity to increase the sales with (ROI) return on investment plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Highlight service relates issues with service team or management (If required) without any delay \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain outstanding limits with all channel partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Limit billings as per allocated and approved credit limits of all dealers \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with dealers to clear all outstanding amount within approved credit days from management on email after taking outstanding status from accounts team \xe2\x80\xa2 Make sure that all sent proposals are approved by management before sending to customer including product suggestion and pricing \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain all (sales / service) timely delivery to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively informing customers about delay (If any) with proper reasoning \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete Knowledge of competitor product and their week points and sharing this knowledge continuously with Company Retail staffs, dealers, wholesalers, and boat builders \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of competition packages and Company Packages from customer application prospective and sharing this knowledge with Company Staffs, dealers, and boat builders to make them understand our advantages with respect to price \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous space improvement in product display inside store \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and fulfil the replenishment of stocks as per minimum stock commitment with retail outlets, wholesalers & boat builders \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain minimum selling price across all Company stores.

Requirements
Qualification: \xe2\x80\xa2 Telecommunication / Network / Electronics Engineering degree/ diploma or anything equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE driving license holders is a must. Experience: 5 or more Years of experience in the similar post Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales experience in Marine equipment and service ( Marine Navcom devices or Life Saving Apparatus experience is a must) \xe2\x80\xa2 Awareness of Marine electronics/ communication products is an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience of working in ERP platform, MS Office etc. Competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiative and commitment to achieve \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizing for results \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Product/ business knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Influencing and negotiation skills
