Sales Director/Manager - Pumps - Middle East

With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Sales Director in the Middle East.

Position Summary:

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our slurry pump business in the Middle East. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage key client relationships, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives to expand our market presence in the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Middle East team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing individuals to build a cohesive and motivated team.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining sector, working closely with key stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their evolving requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Middle East division, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Middle East region.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a leadership role within the slurry pumps or mining industry.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth in challenging markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Solid understanding of the Middle East mining industry and regulatory environment.
