Sales Strategy and Planning
Develops new and manages existing client accounts for the events cluster.
Maintains a plan for continued client management and follow-ups to increase upselling and new business opportunities.
Sell exhibition space in accordance with set targets to ensure revenue budget is achieved.

Sales Execution
Directly engage in high-level sales negotiations and secure key accounts.
Actively conducts face to face and online sales meetings and maintains a consultative sales approach with a strong closing dimension. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, adjusting as needed.
Use market insights to identify new business opportunities.
Visit exhibitions and other events to connect with new business opportunities.
Update and maintain accurate SalesForce records and pipeline daily.
To complete accurately and share the weekly feedback and monthly reports with the line manager.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and generate leads.
In accordance with the accounts department assist with the collections due for exhibitor sales.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and exhibitors understanding their business and marketing needs.
Act as a point of contact for these clients, addressing their needs and going above and beyond to deliver to their expectations.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of the exhibition.
Co-ordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
