This role requires a professional with a deep technical understanding of the refrigeration lifecycle, from design and supply to installation and after-sales support. The succesful candidate will be instrumental in securing major projects, managing a high-performing sales team, and positioning RIME as the partner of choice for all cold chain requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue and market share targets for the Cold Room Door product lines.
Identify, target, and secure major B2B projects (e.g., food processing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, retail distribution centers).
Lead the entire sales cycle, including pre-qualification, product presentation, technical proposal submission, price negotiation, and contract finalization.
Actively manage and grow key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and developers.
Technical & Market Expertise:
Provide technical consultation to clients and internal teams on the most suitable solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the GCC/MENA region to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product solutions align with customer specifications and regional performance standards.
Leadership & Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of junior sales engineers and business development executives to ensure high-performance and professional development.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience..
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
Demonstrable success in securing large-scale projects in the GCC/MENA region.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus).
Proven ability to work independently, manage a high-volume pipeline, and travel as required.
