We are looking for experienced, talented person to join our Middle East team as a Senior Sales Manager and Trainer.
Hansen Beck is an international training company, headquartered in Germany, enjoying legacy of 59 years and present worldwide in 25 countries.

As Hansen Beck Senior Sales Manager and Trainer, you will:
- have full responsibility and ownership for achieving own sales results
- organise your work days on your own and under minimum supervision required
- lead workshops or training sessions with domestic and international companies in UAE
- invest at least 1 month per year for further personal development/ education within company
- respect and adhere to Hansen Beck quality standards

To BE SUCCESSFULL in your role you will need:
- impressive sales record as result of your passion for selling
- ability and willingness to go an extra mile or two for your customer
- passion for personal development (for yourself and others)
- ability to convince and inspire people
- excellent presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
- willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
- well grown personal network in the UAE
- readiness to start as a freelancer
