Position Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence in the UAE, build strong client relationships, and drive the sales and revenue growth in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. This role requires a proven ability to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality and other sectors to grow the company's customer base.
Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, hotels, resorts, retailers to generate business leads.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Present and promote our range of linen products to potential clients, addressing their specific needs
.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance. Meet and exceed your sales targets.
Brand Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with the manufacturing unit, design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on emerging technologies and materials in the signage industry.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM software. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support and service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferable in hospitality. industry.
Strong understanding of linen products, production processes, and other techniques.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driver'slicense
