Job brief
We are looking for Sales/Sr. Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding) to be responsible for the overall management. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Products to deal with: Air Freight/Sea Freight/Land Freight
Responsibilities:
o Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
o Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
o Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
o Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
o Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
o Handling and managing the key accounts for the business.
o Accountable for all functions & revenue
o Resolve any arising problems or complaints
o Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
o Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
o Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
o Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Requirements and skills:
o Proven working experience as a Freight/Logistics Manager
o Team handling experience required.
o Record of successful distribution and logistics management
o Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
o Proficient in standard logistics software
o Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
o Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
o BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
o Taking care of entire sales and operational activities for the business.
