Position Overview
Sharaf DG is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive telecom product sales to small and medium business (SMB) clients in Abu Dhabi. The role requires door-to-door and B2B sales expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while meeting revenue targets.

Job Details

  • Identify and target SMB customers for telecom services through door-to-door sales initiatives
  • Present, promote, and sell GSM connections including postpaid, fiber, and business packages
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects
  • Prospect and generate leads, maintaining a consistent pipeline of potential clients
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activity, manage opportunities, and update customer records
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with SMB clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide after-sales support, resolving issues and acting as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B or SMB sales experience, preferably in telecom or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a competitive environment
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Abu Dhabi
