Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets.
Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
Manage and maintain relationships with customers.
Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers).
Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers).
Acquire and onboard new customers.
Add leads to the individual sales funnel and converting to opportunities.
Liaise with CX counterpart to effectively manage the customer.
Follow up for customer payments.
Update and complete required reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably Logistics).
UAE Residence Visa is a must.
* Valid UAE driving license is a must.
