Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Senior Sales Executive

to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in car sales, a passion for customer service, and a results-driven mindset. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead the customer journey from inquiry to delivery, while mentoring junior staff and helping drive dealership success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat and referral business. Proactively engage with showroom visitors, online inquiries, and incoming calls to identify customer needs. Present, promote, and sell new vehicles in a professional and consultative manner. Stay up to date with product knowledge, features, financing options, and aftersales services. Guide customers through the entire sales process - from test drives and financing to delivery and follow-up. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Assist with marketing initiatives, showroom events, and digital lead generation campaigns. Accurately complete sales paperwork and maintain CRM records. Mentor and support junior sales team members; lead by example. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure all queries and concerns are handled promptly. Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Proven track record in automotive/car sales (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional buying experience. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid UAE driver's license required.
