Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing new business, and driving sales growth in LED lighting and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the lighting or automation industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs. Present and promote our range of LED lighting and automation solutions, offering customized recommendations to meet client requirements. Collaborate closely with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management. Represent Delight Shade Lighting Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or automation industry. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills. Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Valid UAE driving license required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Project sales: 3 years (Required) Lighting or automation: 2 years (Preferred)
