Position Overview:

We are looking for a

highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive

to join our growing vape retail team in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to

drive revenue growth

build lasting customer relationships

contribute to the success of our store

Important Note:

Candidates with design (Photoshop) skills

and

proficiency in Arabic

will have a significant advantage.

Immediate joiners

will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Product Knowledge:

Stay current on vape products, promotions, and trends to effectively educate customers and recommend suitable items.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and a unified customer experience.

Social Media:

Utilize platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase products, engage with customers, and boost visibility (experience is a plus).

Language Proficiency:

Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers to enhance their in-store experience, Arabic is highly required, (English Preferred).

Qualifications and Skills:

1 to 2 years of experience

as a

Senior Sales Executive

,

Retail Sales Associate

, or similar role in retail Proven record of

achieving sales targets

and delivering excellent customer service Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Comfortable using

POS systems

and

Microsoft Office tools

Experience in

social media

(Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is a strong advantage

Fluent in Arabic

(Required);

English fluency

is preferred High school diploma required,

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

is a plus.
