Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the industrial products and packaging materials segment
Identify new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, and convert leads into long-term accounts
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, product) to ensure customer requirements are met
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance reports
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in industrial product sales (minimum 3 t 4 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of packaging materials and industrial supply chains
Demonstrated success in business development and key account management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive results
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
