We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our lighting solutions portfolio, including LED, decorative, and smart lighting systems. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing projects, providing technical guidance, and achieving sales targets, while promoting innovative solutions and expanding market share in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Client & Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales support.
Technical Expertise & Consultation:
Provide expert advice on lighting products and solutions, including controls and smart systems; stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research, monitor competitor strategies, and provide actionable insights to management.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and product promotion.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare proposals, and report on sales performance.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
3-10+ years in lighting or electrical sales, preferably in the GCC market.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of lighting technologies (LEDs, controls, smart systems) or a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Network:
Established connections within construction, MEP, or design sectors are highly desirable.
Attributes:
Consultative sales approach, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
