We are currently hiring for a

Senior Sales Executive

for our luxury lighting showroom in Dubai, spanning

10,000 square feet

. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for using a consultative approach to selling high-end chandeliers and decorative lighting, identifying and qualifying leads, and creating sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will engage with customers, provide expert guidance on lighting solutions, and manage and enhance client relationships within a

luxury showroom environment

.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets for lighting and chandeliers Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and clients Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers Maintain excellent customer service and client relationships Valid UAE driving license is required

Qualifications:

3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in lighting, home decor, or luxury items Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven success in sales Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
