Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and regulations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Prepare and present detailed Tailor solutions proposals and quotes to potential clients.

Work closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients.

Educate clients on the benefits of HVAC systems and facility management practices.

Provide insights into energy efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred with minimum of 6- 7 yrs of experience.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, facility management, and energy efficiency solutions.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in HVAC and TIFM Businesses.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interactions and presentations.

Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience in overseeing project timelines and deliverables related to sales agreements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
