Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue by securing bookings for team-building activities, corporate events, birthday parties, school visits, and group experiences at both Xstrike and woo-hoo!. This senior role demands an experienced, proactive professional with strong leadership skills, a solid sales background, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a passion for delivering unique entertainment experiences. The ideal candidate must be digitally savvy, experienced in managing call centre software, familiar with chatbot technology, and genuinely curious about everything related to AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue from corporate, educational, and private group events.
Manage and mentor a team consisting of Reservations Agents and Sales Executives, ensuring high productivity and performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, corporate entities, event planners, and agencies.
Conduct sales meetings, site tours, and engaging presentations to showcase our venues as premier event destinations.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients, schools, event organizers, and key decision-makers.
Prepare customized proposals and negotiate agreements ensuring profitable and memorable experiences.
Coordinate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of events.
Attend networking events and industry exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the entertainment and events sectors.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and post-event evaluations to management.
Maintain accurate client databases and detailed records of sales interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
3-6 years proven sales experience, preferably within entertainment, events, hospitality, or corporate sales sectors.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM software and experience with call centre software management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing a sales team.
Background in selling entertainment packages, educational trips, or corporate team-building experiences.
Established relationships within the UAE corporate, education, or events sector.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
Familiarity with chatbot technology and interest in AI innovations.
Work Environment & Schedule:
Based in Dubai, combining office work, client visits, and event coordination.
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
