Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Food Items (UAE)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of food products across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in food trading, FMCG, or HORECA sales, with the ability to develop new customers, maintain key accounts, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand sales for food products within the UAE market.
Identify new customers and business opportunities (HoReCa, retail, wholesalers, distributors).
Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for timely deliveries and collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FOOD ITEMS / FMCG / HORECA within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE food market and distribution channels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field sales.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Proficiency in English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
