Senior Sales Executive

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
? Identify customer needs, consumption trends, and generate leads through networking.
? Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and finalize quotations.
? Handle sample approvals, specifications finalization, and new customer onboarding.
? Ensure smooth order processing and first-week deliveries.
? Build strong client relationships and address customer concerns proactively.
? Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
? Meet assigned sales KPIs and contribute to company growth.
? Support junior sales team members through training and mentorship.
Requirements:
?
Proven experience in the GCC market
within the F&B industry.? Strong knowledge of sales processes, client acquisition, and market penetration.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to handle customer escalations and coordinate across departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
